Terms and conditions

When the client do not provide detailed specifications, they implicitly agree to the artist’s interpretation.Additional Fees may apply for complex design like armors/mecha/highly detailed clothes…etc…( Ex : Genshin Impact , Honkai…etc…)High quality prints ( metallic/ stickers/phone case) are possible but it will be at your charge. Please message me about that, we will discuss about it.Extra characters : +50% of the initial price of the commission
For more than 4 characters please contact me and we can discuss about the price;Example:If your commission is 100€, the second character will be 50% the price of the commission so it will be 50€.Commission: 100€
+ Extra character: 50€The same fees apply to each extra characters.Background : Solid color / gradient color / Simple backgrounds are included.For more complex/precise design of commissions the price may vary depending of the complexity. Commercial use : +100% of the initial price.
Full copyright : +200% of the initial price.Commissions may require some waiting time, it depends on the complexity/workload. There’s usually a few people already waiting in line so there’s chance that you may have to wait a while, around 2 months as I am only a single person working so you are warned. But I will do my best to work efficiently and quickly. I’m sorry about this unfortunate circumstance.If there’s a tight deadline and is a rush commission please let me know as there will be a 50% price total charge, and will be given priority.I reserve the right to include the work in my professional work portfolio if the commission is not private.Payment is made upfront in Euros and through PayPal onlyI reserve the right to decline a commission.If asked a commission packages may optionally include:-(Optionally) A CMYK file prepared for print and a PDF file if asked.Finished artwork can be sent by e-mail if asked otherwise you will get a private Gofile link to download your commission. This will be a RGB file prepared for online viewing (JPEG, PNG).-> It will includes (Watermarked art)You can repost your commissioned illustration on your social media with credit but do not remove my signature.
I may post it on my accounts if the commission is not initially private.Please do not make NFT’s or train AI machines with my illustrations regardless of whether you have paid it or notNo refund possible after starting the sketch.The rough sketch will be sent to you before starting the Lineart and Coloring.
